Scientific Methods

Quick Response, LLC uses high tech monitoring instruments to locate where the water is and how much water is in the material being tested. These instruments are highly sensitive and allow us to monitor the rate of evaporation from the wet material. With specialized training, we can find the water and quickly and effectively remove the water from the house- all while doing minimal damage.

Monitoring is done on a daily basis to ensure the process is working at peak efficiency. All drying is done to IICRC S500 Standards. The S500 is a manual written by the IICRC outlining the different processes of drying. Utilizing psychrometric calculations, relative humidity, grains per pound and temperature, we can scientifically provide documentation that the structure is drying at a specific rate. What does mean to you? Our professional work is backed up with hard, scientific data proving that the structure is dry.

During the drying process, you will be informed with what we are doing and what it means. It will be explained and if you have any questions, they will be answered. You will be provided with all documentation upon completion of the project for scientific proof that the structure is safe and dry.
