Quick Response, LLC is a family owned and operated company located in the Upstate of South Carolina. While we provide professional structural drying and water extraction, what we really strive for is relationships. We feel that when you call us in a time of need, we come in as a stranger and leave as a friend. Why? Because it matters. Your structure, property and trust is so very important to us and we will treat it as our own home.

My name is Charles Harris and I am the owner of the company. I have been trained in professional water extraction and remediation from the IICRC, which is the governing body for this industry. I have had my house flooded from a storm and have had to live with concrete floors, walls torn down to the studs and the house in disarray for over 6 months. I know what you are going thru and how stressful if can be. Being in the restoration industry for 3 years and having insurance and adjusting experience for over 5 years, I can speak the language of the insurance companies and help you get this stressful time behind you.

Time is of the essence when you have water in a structure. A quick response is essential to preserving property affected by the water. Precautions must be taken and the process must be explained, to you, to help you understand what is going on for your peace of mind.
